Preparation for Delivery & Setup
Pathways and doors should be at least 92 cm wide for smooth placement.
Ensure there’s parking space close enough for our team to deliver the unit
The chiller requires around 1,200 watts of available capacity. Most modern homes and villas already meet this.
Choose a flat, solid surface such as decking, concrete, or tile. We don’t set up directly on grass or soil.
A standard 220V/110V outlet and proper drainage access are needed for operation and upkeep.
By preparing these basics, your installation will be seamless and stress-free.
Rental Policy
We accept payment via bank transfer or cash upon arrival.
All rentals are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
To secure your booking, full payment must be completed before delivery.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all installation requirements (outlined on this page) are in place before delivery.
If installation cannot be carried out due to property requirements not being met, a 50% refund will be provided.
