A sauna can look beautiful and still be poorly designed. What matters is how the whole room works together.

The heater needs to match the room

Sized around sauna volume, glass area and construction. Too small, and the room does not heat properly.

Good heat still needs good airflow

Designed air intake and exhaust. Without it the room feels stuffy and the heat goes uneven.

Where you sit changes the experience

Heat rises. Benches too low and much of your body stays in the cooler part of the room.

The heater can’t go wherever it looks best

Position and distance from wood, benches and walls must match the heater’s requirements.

The room needs to hold heat

Insulation, vapour control and wall construction are designed for repeated heat and humidity. A sauna isn’t just timber on the outside.

Ice Bath

What’s Underneath Matters More Than You Think

Two ice baths can look almost identical from the outside. What happens underneath determines how efficiently they cool, how clean the water stays, and how easy the system is to maintain.

Getting water cold is half the job. Insulation stops outside heat transferring back in — steadier temperature, less chiller runtime.

Sized for water volume, Indonesia’s ambient temperature and expected usage — not left struggling to hold temperature.

Cold water still needs proper filtration. It keeps the water clean and cuts constant draining and refilling.

Water has to move consistently through the system so it actually passes through filtration and chilling.

Filters change, pumps get checked, chillers get serviced. Technicians must reach the equipment without dismantling the install.
