Your purchase includes bi-weekly water changes, filter checks, UV light monitoring, and annual touch-ups (valued at IDR 12,000,000). We handle everything to keep your unit pristine.

At a chilly 4°C to 5°C, expect around 700K-800K IDR per month (16kWh/day). Comparable to a 1PK AC unit. Costs can vary depending on how cold you set it and how often it’s used. This estimate is based on Bali’s electricity rates as of January 2025.

Delivery and installation are free for Bali, Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya. For other locations, we'll quote the shipping fee based on your address.

The temperature can be adjusted down to 4°C. It takes about 5 hours to reach this level from room temperature, and the chiller automatically maintains it once set.

Absolutely. As long as there’s enough space, power, and a water source, our team can set it up almost anywhere — villas, commercial properties, and retreats included.
