Indoors or outdoors, it’s your call! Ensure the chiller unit is protected from direct sun and rain, and avoid placing it in tight, enclosed spaces.
Totally up to you. Some last for 30 seconds, others for 30 minutes. If you’re new to ice baths, we suggest starting with a short session and not going in alone. Safety first.
If you’re under 6’4”, you’re good to go. Full-body dunks included.
The entire setup takes about 2 sqm, but the chiller needs at least 2.5 sqm of breathing room on the side for airflow. Again, no enclosed spaces for the chiller.
You can adjust the temperature anywhere down to 4°C. It takes approximately 5 hours to reach 4°C from room temperature, quicker for warmer settings. Once set, the chiller will automatically cycle to maintain a steady temperature, so keep it plugged in.
Easy. Use the LED control panel on the chiller; just tap up or down to set your preferred temperature.
Nope. Our units come with a built-in chiller, so you’re set for icy dips without needing bags of ice.
We’ll need around 2 hours from arrival to get everything up and running.
Yes, a few things to check off first:
- Obtain approval from the property’s manager if needed.
- Make sure there’s at least 1,400 Watts of extra power capacity (similar to adding another AC unit)
- Ensure doorways or entry points are at least 100 cm wide.
- Have a water source (even a hose works!) and a spot for proper drainage.
A flat, stable surface is key to setup.
It operates on a standard 220V-240V (10% tolerance) power source and requires a minimum of 1,300 Watts of spare capacity, which is roughly the same as one extra AC unit. Check with your property’s manager if you’re unsure.
The base price is IDR 85 million. Want a personalized touch? With barrel and stair engraving, the price is IDR 100 million.

When you purchase an ice bath, you'll receive 3 months of free maintenance, including bi-weekly water changes, condenser cleaning, filter check and replacements needed, UV light and water pump monitoring to help prevent bacteria buildup, and an annual barrel touch-up (valued at IDR 12,000,000). We also perform system inspections, including freon and capacitor checks, if there's a drop in cooling performance

For commercial use, we recommend changing the water once a week. For personal use, water changes will be handled during the bi-weekly maintenance.
We recommend cleaning or replacing the 10-micron cartridge filter every 2 weeks, depending on usage.
For home use, chlorine isn't necessary. Our filtration system is typically enough to keep the water clean. However, for commercial or high-traffic use, we do recommend adding a small amount of chlorine to ensure extra sanitation.
We do not recommend chlorine unless it's for commercial, high-use environments. Filters are usually sufficient for home use. Avoid strong cleaning chemicals that may damage the unit.
If you're under warranty and located in Bali with an active maintenance plan, we'll cover the repair or replacement of faulty parts due to manufacturer issues. Misuse or poor maintenance voids the warranty.
Most likely, the filter's dirty. Just turn off the chiller, swap out or clean the filter, switch it back on, and you should be all set.
If it's freshly installed, allow it time, around 5 hours to cool from room temperature to 4°C (less if you set it higher). Otherwise, it's probably a filter issue again. Poor water flow can keep the chiller from doing its job.
Time for a water refresh. If your ice bath gets daily, heavy use, we recommend changing the water more frequently to keep things fresh.
